After 30+ years working at the intersection of emotional healing and leadership growth, I recently did something unexpected:
I got certified as a coach.
Not because I needed the skills—I’ve been doing the work for decades.
But because I wanted to experience the process from the inside.
To reflect. Refine. And maybe…to challenge myself.
Here’s what I discovered:
What I do is exactly right.
And it’s also a little hard to define.
I’m not a coach in the traditional sense.
And I’m not only a therapist.
I’m a blend of both.
That’s what makes the work so powerful.
I help high-achieving leaders ignite their inner wisdom—and move toward alignment in both their inner and outer worlds.
We look at the patterns holding them back.
We clear the static.
We connect the dots between deep emotional truth and bold forward action.
Most of the people I work with are already “successful.”
But something inside is stirring.
They’re ready to evolve.
To lead differently. To live more fully. To stop abandoning themselves for the sake of performance.
That’s where I come in.
I call it Executive Therapeutic Coaching.
It’s not a label—it’s a practice.
A fusion of psychology, coaching, somatic awareness, and strategy that helps people realign with what truly matters.
So yes, I’m now a certified coach.
But more than that, I’m standing even more clearly in what I’ve always known:
People don’t need fixing. They need space to reconnect with their truth.
And when they do? Everything changes.
If you’re a leader who feels like something’s shifting inside—and you’re ready to move from burnout to alignment, from pressure to purpose—I’d love to talk.
Let’s explore what’s possible.
