After our conversation, I'll provide you with a reflection exercise that will help you outline and define what you aim to achieve in our therapeutic coaching work. We’ll follow up with a second discussion to decide how we want to move forward together, then customize a plan with regular check-ins, including email and text support, based on your needs.
